3 Eagles, a Swan and some winter visitors @ Schinias National Park, ATHENS

3 Short-toed Eagles were observed today over the wetland. Lots of Kestrels too (6 of them), 1 Buzzard and 1 Marsh Harrier were the raptors of the day. A Mute Swan was also recorder, probably the one that stayed over the whole summer. Lots of Cetti's Warblers, a Spotted Flycatcher, a Rufous Scrub Robin, were the highlights of the day. First winter species welcomed in the park were Starlings, Mallards, Pintail, Robins, Chiffchaffs.
