Reptilian break


The Balkan Green Lizard Lacerta trilineata - Τρανόσαυρα, is perhaps the largest lizard that one can see in the lowlands of mainland Greece. Common and widespread, it can be even seen in the suburbs of Athens. It goes without saying that it's one of the most favorite prey for raptors like the Long-legged Buzzard and the Short-toed Eagle.
