Birdwatching at Lake Kerkini: Greece's birding paradise!

Birding at Lake Kerkini in spring is always amazing. Lots of colourful birds, butterflies, reptiles, where wild nature is alive.
Even at a day trip in the area can easily provide more than 100 species. Highlights:
- Masked Shrike, especially close to hills and low vegetation
