Rare and common autumn migrants in Athens

Migration is in its peak in September, with waders, warblers, chats and flycatchers moving south
Loutsa Lagoon and Spata area are perfect for birdwatching this time of the year, with various visitors from north. Especially this Broad-billed Sandpiper that was seen for a few days in Loutsa Lagoon, together with a Purple Heron
